Products iBiometrics has effectively integrated and rolled-out biometric application systems over the past ten years. Two of our products are highlighted below where each system can accommodate multiple applications: iBiometrics, Inc.' s telephony system integrates speaker recognition into telephony IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems to meet application authentication requirements. Our IVR system offers customers a variety of speech vendor choices and telephony features. Community Activity Monitor(CAM) A community corrections product, CAM is currently used by two major service providers as one of the their tools to effectively and efficiently monitor probationers in the community depending on the requirements of individual government programs. In addition to our basic telephony system, CAM has extensive scheduling functions built-in to effectively handle calls into the system and automatic calls out of the system on a daily or monthly basis. Installed CAM implementations currently use Dialogic telephony boards and Nuance speaker recognition or ITT SpeakerKey speaker recognition on a MS Windows platform. Scheduling and Reporting user software are MS Windows based clients. iBiometrics, Inc. integrates biometrics into its kiosk systems for real time event driven transactions. Kiosk Attendance System The Kiosk Attendance System automates the administrative process of checking employees into and out of the office. Currently used by an Insurance claims office with a hand recognition biometric, the kiosk is ideal for employees and employers alike simplifying time and attendance issues with its easy-to-use biometric and keypad user interface. Kiosk Reporting System A US community corrections product, the Kiosk Reporting System automates the administrative process of checking probationers in and out of probation offices. |
